This section deals with enlargements of the systems from the 5000 category, in particular 5040 and 5050. This variant (the 8030) serves to inspire and demonstrate how a climbing system can be planned over a large area. This can be a single field with 7x7 axes, as well as a climbing field with more axes or a series of several other wire rope systems. For more support in choosing on a suitable construction style, please also refer to our climbing plants section.

The pre-assembled kits are suitable for all wall types with the exception of insulation, cladding, and thin-walled concrete elements. Alternatives can be put together in all cases.
Height x Breadth: according to the requirements of the respective wall situation. An area of max. 4.5 x 4.5 metres is shown (6.6 m x 5.4 m with Heavy/Massive Kits). Base approx. 0.5 - 1.5 m above the ground.
Expansion: With more cable AND more mounts, the basic form is expandable as desired. Analogous to the now available 4 intermediate supports (mounts) near the centre of the field, every 1.5 m or so, inter-supports (mounts) should be integrated...for Heavy Kits: every 1.5 - 2.2 m (vertical ropes) or every 1.8 m (horizontal ropes). The number of 'axes' should be odd (so: 7/7, 9/9, or even 11/11). Banded nets (belt-like nets, e.g. 13/5 axes) or high arrangements (such as 5/15 axes) are also possible. Please note the special features of high greening, and be aware of lightning protection; ask us for help if you need it! For mesh sizes greater than 2.0 x 2.0 metres, choose system 8060. The basic shape 8030 can also be arranged with openings (break throughs), etc., and then is classified as 9040 or 9030.
Installation: carried out as shown in the diagrams; please refer also to the installation tips (above).
Vine Training/Shoot Guidance: Primarily as a cordon, e.g. a two-armed palmette or with several vines as vertical single trunks/stems. Also a fan shape is possible. See the related system 5040.
