These climbing systems can be used to form larger, continuous green areas. Bands of greenery can be set up on building bases, under windows or on walls, but also on windowless walls or walls with little structure, up to 5 metres high and more. The external contours can be defined in various ways-- diagonally, for example. Also, existing wall contours can be determined, e.g. gradations and slopes, which can then be incorporated in the trellis system. If wall openings are within the climbing field, please use the last of the six systems or those in the 9000 category. The 8000 systems are ideal for many plants but not for vigorous twiners like wisteria. For clematis and annuals, the mesh size should remain less than 30 cm for an optimal coverage.
