This basic form ~ with two vertical guiding cables and two horizontal cables ~ is suitable when more wire rope density in the horizontal area is desired but, due to limited space, three wires are inconvenient. The small rope sections ('bridges') on either side of the stem-guiding vertical wire rope offer the plants an additional 'grip.' Please also refer to the guidelines in the section on climbing plants for support in choosing a suitable construction style (see the charts at the bottom of each plant profile).

Our pre-assembled kits are suitable for all wall types with the exception of walls with outer insulation, cladding, and thin-walled concrete elements. Alternatives can be put together in all cases.
Height x Breadth: max. 3.5 m x 6 m (4.5 m x 7.2 m with a Heavy / Massive Kit). Distance between the horizontal ropes: ~15 -50 cm; base point: ~0.5, 1.2 m above the ground. With more cable and mounts, the cable system is expandable in all directions... then ~ every 1.5 m (1.8 m) inter-supports (mounts) with short wire bridges are intended. If necessary please, ask.
Installation: as indicated in the diagrams. Please also refer the mounting tips above (click on a kit for details).
Vine Training: See diagrams. Vertical cordon combined with horizontal cordon (R 01). At the bottom: cut short, with attachment and insertion of the green shoots on the second vertical rope. Then the new shoots should only be on one side, thus facing the other rope. On top, cut medium-long or long. Also a lower branch junction and upper crossing of the cordon arms is possible (R 02), but then minimum distance of the vertical cables approx. 50-70 cm and, if necessary, halving the number of branches at both stems/trunks. Also 2 parallel garlands from one or two vines is possible, but then minimum distance of the wire ropes also approx. 50-70 cm (R 03).
