Wire Rope System 1060

A single horizontal line without vertical wires is rare; therefore, only one system is treated here. We primarily show the suitability of respective plants for this horizontal growing aid. They can be found on the Climbing Plant page of this website. In principle, wire rope system 1060 corresponds to the system 1030. Single-cable systems are suitable for narrow, horizontal wall strips and similarly cramped or restricted situations. Of course, several single strands can also be grouped on top of each other if necessary; see below. One must also take into account the 'ladder effect' of such a construction, where the cable system can be climbed (for example, by a vandal), and thus damaged. For the choice of a suitable style, check out the info in the Climbing Plants section of the website.

Order as a kit: Parts list, information and assembly tips

7-13 €17,80 €23-45 €44,80 €59,80 €

The pre-assembled kits are suitable for all wall types, but not for insulation, cladding, and thin-walled concrete elements. Alternatives can be put together in all cases.

Breadth: max. 3 m (with a heavy / massive kit 3.6 m).

Variations: The basic form is arbitrarily expandable with more cable and mounts, for divergent lengths the systems 1020, 1040, and 1050 are suitable or more components can be arranged and collected in the area of our online shop. Please note, however, that with horizontal ropes the maximum distance from holder to holder should be shorter, namely approx. 1.5 meters. With a heavier kit (heavy or massive style), approx. 1.8 meters. If necessary, system 1060 is also combinable in any number of ways, and this is an alternative to systems of the 4000- category or alternatively to 8010. If for reasons no interlinking and closed wire frame is wished, an arrangement like 8010 is less expensive because some interholders are not needed and are substituted with freely floating cross clamps.

Installation: is carried out as shown in the graphics. Please note the installation tips.
