XXL holder or 'Cross holder' for walls with particularly thick outer insulation made of A2 stainless steel, threaded shaft M 12, cross head d= 20 mm cover plate polished with grub screw, nut, spring washer, and seal made of weatherproof foam shims (plastic) distance body (hardwood: Robinia wood, impregnated, of course, mildew and insect-resistant). Included in the extent of supply: 2 -5 cartridges composite mortar for adhesion/modeling supporting taper as well as stainless steel wire for reinforcement, 2 tubular handles for mixers. Thermal bridge reduction by adhesive mounting, expansion free anchorage. Shown WM 12299 is 10 cm for insulation. The head is also available separately. >>> Price
Use
For wire-cable 3 and 4 mm at particularly thick insulation on almost all substrates. For medium and heavy kits in accordance with the specifications of the respective cable system. Simple or crosswise cable guidance. The distance of support to support if possible shouldn't exceed 1.8 m at horizontal ropes and 2.2 m at vertical ropes. Wall distance adjustable, recommended 5 cm, also 7 cm. With insulating strengths more than 16 cms ,according to execution of the assembly- choose, if necessary, reduced load admission, perhaps, preventing closer arrangement of the holders and only with wire rope of 3 mms (instead of 4 mms). The suitability of the XXL holder is to be estimated, in any case independently. For info about the product liability see GTC. Note for customer in the online shop: X signals in the item number mean variable choices. The 3rd and 4th number stands for the complete skirt length of the fitting XXL support in cm. This length is dependent on the thickness of the insulation. A final coat of conventional strength and the adhesive layer are already taken into account. Assembly
Relatively complex and expensive, always later with already applied insulation. Glue with composite mortar, modelling of a supporting cone with compound mortar. All details can be found under installation, in case of doubt visit the mounting portal with lots of important information on assembling our products in general.
