For wire-cable 1.8 mm (2.0 mm), standard support for light kits in accordance with the specifications of the respective cable system. The distance of support -to -support shouldn't exceed 1.5 m, if possible. Simple or crosswise cable guidance. With nearly all wall types applicable, please check the suitability with the link. Also into slab construction materials (pre-fab) with at least 40 mm of material thickness, into thinner plates -see below. Wall clearance 5 cm. Please use also the information for the selection of suitable cross mounts.
If necessary, please notice the leaflet about drilling work and for using the enclosed special plug for metric threads, exceptions-see below. The underground should be level and flat to some extent, or be made so for good insulation. For joint assembly- see below. Borehole needs to be brushed or blown out (figure 05) well, and siphon drilling dust-- on bright walls if necessary, in parallel 8 mm, approx. 5 cm deeply. Into massive wood without plugs: pilot-drill approx. 4 mm in - front 5 mm. Don't use worn drills! With very hard surfaces such as concrete and masonry (brick) bore hole in the front 1/3, keep turning with slight tilting against the wall of the borehole with the drill to widen it. Then also use a larger drill additionally in front break with the outer edge of the hole or chamfer. Put in plug and lightly hammer it open (figure 06), the four white small collar plates must come to the wall so close as possible (figure 07). Then loosen set screws and the distance holder and put a little grease on the shaft, then plug in the plug, press firmly and under pressure first 2 - 3 turns screw until the holder 'grips' into the dowel. Then grasp the holder with a wrench on the hex nut and screw deeper into the dowel (fig. 08), until the seal in the diameter is a little bit larger than the stainless steel washer (fig. 09). The further installation is processed as described for light kits.
Suitable also for assembly into wall joints, then but without thrust washer/seal (photo 04). Remove the tight-fitting washer. Please, follow the notes for special and wood facades assembly if necessary. Use counter-set in case of through hole fastening. For thin-walled concrete garages, dowels can be shortened by 3-5 mm by trimming (pruning shears) or cut off (hacksaw) at the rear end, the threaded shaft is only 42 mm into the dowel.
