In order to create a sufficiently dense rope net whilst minimising the number of drill holes, a “5050 rope system” was planned for this building. Initially, an attempt was made to train the vines using only the “basic trellis”, but this proved impractical. Consequently, the trellis was subsequently reinforced as originally planned.
