Customers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with FassadenGrün e.K., without giving reasons, within a time period of 3 months. The 3 month period starts from the day the customer, or from the customer commissioned third person who is not the carrier, obtains the ordered products. To exercise the rights of withdrawal, the customer has to send

a clear declaration (e.g. Mail, Fax, or Email) of the withdrawal. The customer can use the conveyed model forms, but does not have to. It suffices to send the withdrawal before the period of 3 months has expired, to keep the terms.
As soon as the customer has formally withdrawn from the contract, FassadenGrün will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the cost of delivery, without undue delay and in any event, not later than 14 days from the day FassadenGrün receives the withdrawal. FassadenGrün will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer has used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The customer will not incur any fees as a result of such a reimbursement. FassadenGrün can withhold the reimbursement until the order is returned or the customer has given proof of dispatch.
The customer needs to return the ordered products in any case within 14 days from the day of the withdrawal (with a chosen parcel service or personal delivery). If the return parcel is dispatched within the 14 day period, the terms are kept. The customer pays the return, FassadenGrün will reimburses the costs. FassadenGrün undertakes not to impose any loss of value.
