Fixation cylinders installed after the plaster was applied

Heavy equipments can be fixed on an externally insulated façade with supporting bodies, and the maximal charge is the same as with our Heavy range of trellises. Vigorous twining climbers such as a wisteria, knotweed or bittersweet must receive special attention - see below. The maximal wall distance is about 6 to 7 cm and up to 10 cm with our XP 12XX5 fixings. The price is oriented on the fixings from the "Heavy" range. Fixings with thermal separators are available: XP 12XX5.

Belastbarkeit und Preis

Heavy equipments can be fixed on an insulated façade by using support bodies to bear the weight. The maximal weght is the same as provided by our Heavy range of trellises. Vigorous twining climbers such as a wisteria, knotweed or bittersweet must receive special attention - see below. The maximal wall distance is about 6 to 7 cm and up to 10 cm with our XP 12XX9 fixings. The price is similar to the "Heavy" range fixings. Fixings with thermal separators are available: XP 12XX5.

Suitable fixings

The fixings XP 12XX7 as well as the XP 12XX9 with thermal separation and better wall distance are available - both can be used for wood or metal grids and trellises.

Installation and plant care

Professionals as well as experiences handymen can install the fixing cyliders. Read our instructions on how to install these fixings.

The climbing plants must be pruned regularly to reduce the weight of dead wood in the plant. The branches must be cut so they can't scratch or pierce the external plaster of the insulation. Strong twinters such as the wisteria require special care.
