Cheap wire holder for many surfaces, especially for protection/privacy walls of concrete or in marginal areas, must be anchored where there’s expansion pressure. For wire cable 3 mm, in exceptional cases up to 4 mm, for medium-sized 'classic'-kits according to the specifications of the cable system, often in conjunction with WM 10101. Wall distance about 4-5 cm. The distance from eyelet to eyelet should not exceed 1.5 m as possible. Complete the borehole and protect against water penetration. Please use the help information to select appropriate eyebolts.
If necessary, please notice the leaflet about drilling work. Observe drilling operations. Bore of 12 mm diameter, 60 mm deep, brushing out and blowing out hole for better adhesion of the mortar. Pressing in the composite mortar (quantity or number of strokes learn by experimenting) and then within 2 -3 minutes, screw the rotating shaft- plug depth greater than 5 cm, or about 5.3 cm, so that the longer part of the shaft is located in the wall and the front no overweight arises. Push slightly on the lower wall of the borehole shaft so it rests, in a sense, already down on the wall of the hole and each 'sagging' is not during binding off. Wipe off the escaping mortar.Approx. 4-5 minutes after pressing the mortar if the hardening begins and the screws no longer slip, once again the joint, wipe so that a plane surface and borehole fully filled or sealed with mortar. If necessary, remove the mortar residues on the thread. After hardening (see cartridge) then slide washer and spring washer, place full nut and tighten with wrench against the wall, sealing is not required. Attach the thin nut and the eyelet ring and align. Lock the thin nut and the ring, for example, by putting a srewdriver through the eyelet. Hold it and lock the nut against the eyelet ring with a wrench. Continue the assembly as necessary for medium kits.
For solid wood > 5 cm (hardwood timber or timber formwork of all-inclusive behind the battens) at Assembly then drill diameter 8-9 mm, grease the threaded shaft, turn right and then secure the washer. The eyelet is available for special cases, at no extra charge ,with a long shaft (150 mm) then WM 10150. A counter-set with nut, spring washer and flat washer for assembly through wood posts etc. is also deliverable.
Production "made in Germany" (Saxony), eyelet and hexagon nuts from the Far East.
