Description / Price

Supporting cable holder, stainless steel, M 12, cross head d = 20 mm with set screw, flange nut and 2 flat nuts and cover 85 / 2.5 mm along with large and small adhesive press ring made of neoprene (as a frictional bonding agent to the wall - shear resistant composite). Fused-sealing, laminated ring made of special foam at the end of the borehole on uneven and more structured substrates as well as protection against driving rain. Thermal bridge reduction by adhesive mounting, expansion free anchorage. Rigid foam bodies are not part of the supporting cable holder and thus are not included. Use

Specialty mounts for hard insulation - note the General possibilities of climbing systems in thermal insulation, especially in hard segments. For wire rope thickness of usually 3 mm, see table below. As far as possible, the distance from holder to holder should not exceed 1.8 m at horizontal ropes and 2.2 m in vertical ropes. Exclusively for adhesion assembly. Particularly for walls with partially built-in hard foam segments in "soft" insulation (styrofoam and mineral wool). Such pressure bodies, available from other suppliers, can also be  rectangular or as an "assembly cylinder" because of increased compressive strength, are also bodies with a built-in aluminium plate. Also good for walls with an insulation like PUR- hard foam, foam glass or cork, which is lying on the outside and generally resistant to pressure. Behind the insulating layer a supporting surface such as concrete, natural stone, solid bricks, hollow masonry or aerated concrete is required. Arrangement of the supporting cable holder is done according to the selected cable system (if purchased as pre-assembled kit). Not suitable for walls with continuous soft insulation such as mineral wool, polystyrene, etc.!

 

Available sizes

X- signs in the item number mean variable choices. The 3rd and 4th number stands for the complete skirt length of the fitting messenger wire support in cm. This length is dependent on the insulation strength. A finish plaster of usual strength and the adhesion layer are already taken into account. Please, use the info table for the specification of the variable X places and indicate the select item number in the part 2 of the ordering process in the field »remarks«. Remarks

Depending on the design there remains an 'open joint' between cover and wall of about 0.5 mm gap width. With high loads such as fruit yield, and cold stress, etc. they can cause elastic bending of the head holder of approximately 1 - 4 mm, with derating the head goes back into position.
