Shrub Clematis "Integrifolia"

The best known shrub clematis! Grows only 0.5 – 1.0 metres high. Flowers are small blue-lilac bells, which open half-way. Petals often somewhat twisted and 'messy.' As a robust wild form, it is very undemanding and significantly less susceptible to mildew than the related Rooguchi; we have thus included it in our assortment of shrub clematis at FassadenGrün. Long flowering time from June – September (October), beautiful feathery seedpods. Good for borders amongst other climbing plants, also suitable for potting. Refer to the shrub clematis general information for guidance on application, location, pruning, suitable cable systems, etc..
