Leipzig is home to ‘FassadenGrün’ (green facades), which is why this city was examined particularly meticulously. Many, indeed almost hundreds of examples were found and documented! The study begins in the old city centre, continues through the surrounding belt and ends in the suburbs, which were incorporated into the city around 1900.
