Calculating the Installation Costs of a Climbing Plant Support System

Our climbing plant support systems, most of which are wire rope systems, are do-it-yourself products. Under "Installation," you can find all the necessary information. If you need professional help, try asking a trusted facility manager, installation company, mason, painting company, façade specialist, or locksmith. Of course, a gardening landscape contractor or company are also options. For large projects, it may be useful to let the contractor or company take care of buying the necessary materials. We provide a list below of what prices to expect.

Easy Wire Rope System

Please realize that the installation costs here are again as high as the order value/material costs (total price of the climbing system = order value x2). This is the case when the order value is more than 200 Euros and when the greening is in lower or easily accessible facade areas (no embankments, etc..).

Difficult Circumstances

In the case of challenging circumstances, such as: thermal insulation, embankment, deadline pressure, night work, and frost, as well as high support/trellis systems (climbing aids) that require long ladders, mobile scaffolding, or lifting platforms, 2-4 times the value of the trellis system material must be estimated for the assembly (total price of the system = order value x 3-5). Even with very small projects, the assembly costs are often 2-4 times the material value.

Planting Costs

Costs concerning the planting should be a separate concern. They are determined by the size of the available climbing plant, the extent of necessary soil improvement, and, depending on the care and maintenance contract if any, preparation of the planting pit.
